Bob Schroeder

Federation of Northwest Dahlia Growers Hall of Fame
Bob does all the work to put together the education components of the Federation workshops. He listens
to what members would like to see presented and then attempts to make it happen. He coordinates
speakers from within our own ranks and from the general gardening community. We have also benefited
from his knowledge of technical challenges such as microphones for all speakers so that we can all hear
what is going on. He also takes care of many computer-oriented programs helping us all to more detailed
information projected on a screen for all to see.
While taking care of all the details for our Federation auctions at workshops, Bob has also increased the
amount of funds paid by supplying photos of the dahlias being auctioned. This takes many hours to
accomplish. Bob Schroeder is a hard worker for the Federation and should be a member of the Hall of
Fame.
Bob Schroeder is also a member of the executive board of the American Dahlia Society as the Judging
Evaluation chairman. Dahlia enthusiasts for many years, Bob and Terry Schroeder are one of the hardest
working couples in the Federation of Northwest Dahlia Growers!
